Kaileigh – Owner/Myotherapist
Cert 4 Fitness – 2010
Diploma of Remedial Massage – 2012
Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy – 2013
Kaileigh loves being active! She has always been involved in playing sports and going to the gym, so niggles and aches were a part of everyday life! Having become a personal trainer, she thought there had to be other ways to get better mobility and pain-free movements. That is when she started getting treatments and thought, ‘I can do this’, and that is when she decided to pursue a career in myotherapy.
Having always been fascinated with the human body and how it functions, Kaileigh has spent a lot of time working with exercise rehabilitation and functional movements to assist patients with day-to-day tasks. Don’t be surprised if you find Kaileigh teaching her patients a thing or two to improve strength and mobility at home!
Kaileigh also has experience treating patients in a different range of sports from gymnastics to rugby and started working with the St Kilda Football Club in 2013.

Bec – Myotherapist
Bachelor of Exercise Science – 2008
Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy – 2011
Years treating as a therapist – 8 years
After studying exercise science, Bec realised that exercise prescription by itself wasn’t for her but that she really enjoyed treating patients via manual therapy. Myotherapy seemed the natural choice, with it’s focus on the musculoskeletal system and treatment. Its inclusion of assessment and rehab has developed and increased in the years since she began and, as Bec now understands it’s importance, she’s embraced the change.
Bec loves the hands-on nature of myotherapy. She is treatment-heavy as a practitioner but values the education of patients very highly and feels most people respond and listen more intently when their immediate pain or concerns are being addressed. Bec loves to discuss the whole of the problem, inclusive of everything, as it’s rare that pain or discomfort has a singular cause.
